Can you believe that we have completed week three? It feels like we just started yesterday and in a blink of an eye September will be over! The students have been doing a fantastic job of working on staying routines, being flexible when things change, and learning to work and play together. We have also been taking advantage of getting outdoors when its nice out. The students have really enjoyed being able to go out and get some fresh air.
Thank you to all of the families that have donated any supplies, snack, or anything to the classroom. It really means a lot and you are helping your student and our classroom so much! :)
In the coming weeks we will start to learn about the letter S and meet our alphafriend. We are also going to feed Millie Muncher (she is a friend that eats the letter of the week) *Ask your student if they know who she is*. We will also be working with our fifth grade partners again creating an art project. I will also be allowing students to turn in their trinity tokens for prizes Monday September 21st if they would like to. The prize cart is broken down into a token amount, starting at 5 tokens then 10 tokens and lastly 15 tokens per prize. Most if not all students have at least 5 or more tokens that they can use. The students have done an amazing job showing that they are responsible, respectful, and ready to learn.
There are also new pictures to check out too! :)
Have a great weekend! Happy Fall Festival!
